Unbelievable. They should be ashamed.

Unbelievable. They should be ashamed. I told them I was crazy and without my dog I would die. Then I had to answer all kinds of stupid questions. Like what are my “symptoms” and name things that can happen to my dog, what can happen to me and what can happen to the public if he isnt trained. This was so stupid and waste of time.

If I wanted to learn something I would go back to school. Just give me my damn paper and be done.

Response:

Some might wonder why we would post such a negative review. But we believe that the better educated you are, the better you’re able to make a sound decision. This is a great learning opportunity for somebody who wants a piece of paper and does not care about the actual need.

Unfortunately, the person posting this comment didn’t know that there are legal requirements to get an ESA, which is quite common. And some believe that just by paying a fee they can get a “piece of paper” saying they need an animal. Sadly, too often this is done by individuals who are trying to get around a federal law and they do not meet the criteria for an ESA.

Additionally, there is such a thing as a psychiatric illness being too severe for an emotional support animal. If a person believes they would die without having an animal, then there is most likely a higher level of treatment that is needed.

This patient did leave their name on the review.  However, to protect their privacy, we have chosen to withhold it.
