Erica Bacher, is a highly skilled School Psychologist and Educational Diagnostician and a core member of the Sub Rosa Mental Services assessment team. She brings extensive experience in conducting comprehensive psycho-educational evaluations for children and adolescents who are experiencing challenges with learning, attention, behavior, social-emotional functioning, or academic progress.
Erica is deeply committed to helping families, schools, and community partners gain a clear understanding of a student’s strengths and areas of need. Her assessments support accurate identification of learning disabilities, ADHD profiles, intellectual development concerns, autism-related learning patterns, and emotional/behavioral barriers that impact school success. Her evaluation reports are known for being both clinically thorough and easy for parents and educators to understand, ensuring that the information can be used immediately to support meaningful change.
A key part of Erica’s work includes collaborating directly with school teams. Her evaluations play a central role in:
- IEP eligibility decisions
- 504 accommodation planning
- Behavior intervention development (BIPs, MTSS support)
- Progress monitoring and educational programming
- Transition planning for older students
Erica currently maintains standing contracts with multiple school districts and actively provides services through agreements with the Oklahoma State Department of Education (OSDE). Her reputation for timely, high-quality reports has made her a valuable partner for districts who need reliable, outside evaluation support during staffing shortages or when specialized assessment expertise is required.
As Sub Rosa expands, Erica’s role is instrumental in supporting the organization’s goal of offering contracted psycho-educational assessment services to additional school districts across Oklahoma and neighboring states. Sub Rosa provides districts with an efficient, culturally grounded, and data-driven evaluation alternative—helping schools meet evaluation timelines, reduce assessment backlogs, and ensure students receive the services they need.
Erica is not only a trusted evaluator, but also an educator, collaborator, and advocate for student success. Families and school teams consistently express appreciation for her professionalism, clarity, and dedication to helping every student thrive.
