Shiloh Martin is a licensed mental health provider with more than 20 years of experience specializing in psychological and psycho-educational evaluations for adolescents and adults. His career spans outpatient behavioral health, school-based services, tribal health systems, rural communities, and large-scale mental health programs—giving him a comprehensive understanding of how mental health, learning, and neurodevelopmental challenges impact daily functioning.
As the Founder and Lead Clinical Evaluator at Sub Rosa Mental Services, Shiloh provides clear, comprehensive diagnostic evaluations that help individuals, families, and schools gain meaningful answers in areas such as:
- ADHD and executive-functioning difficulties
- Autism and neurodivergent profiles
- PTSD and trauma-related symptoms
- Mood and anxiety disorders
- Cognitive and functional impairment
- Behavioral, academic, and workplace challenges
Shiloh is known for creating evaluation reports that are clinically rigorous, easy to understand, and immediately useful. His assessments translate complex psychological data into practical recommendations that support treatment planning, educational accommodations, workplace modifications, disability documentation, and long-term personal insight.
With extensive experience serving Native American, rural, and underserved communities, Shiloh incorporates culturally grounded perspectives into the assessment process when appropriate. His work prioritizes accuracy, clarity, functional relevance, and respect for each person’s lived experience.
In his leadership role, Shiloh also oversees Sub Rosa’s collaboration agreements with school districts and community partners. He ensures that Sub Rosa provides responsive, high-quality evaluation services that meet the needs of schools and families, support IEP and 504 planning, and strengthen community mental health through culturally aligned practices.
Shiloh provides assessments for diagnostic clarification, psycho-educational needs, disability and workplace accommodations, adoption and placement support, and Emotional Support Animal or Psychiatric Service Dog documentation (when clinically appropriate).
He does not provide:
- Forensic or criminal evaluations
- Court-ordered or court-appointed assessments
- Custody, competency, or psycho-legal evaluations
