I found Dr. Shiloh Martin though a website and used him for my daughter’s ESA evaluation. The evaluation process was quick and easy, however, my daughter’s college didn’t want to accept the letter and requested private medical information. Dr. Martin reached out to me and explained the legal aspect of the ESA letter. He helped me understand my daughter’s rights and helped me figure out what my next steps were. He even offered to let the college accessibility office call him so that we could get everything straightened out. We were able to reach out to a few people/organizations and Dr. Martin’s ESA letter for my daughter was approved. Dr. Martin is very understanding and very helpful when navigating through his process.
