I’ve been a single mother of 2 daughters for many years. One who went off to her first year of college in August and the other is currently in junior high. We have a history of debilitating losses and traumas. Our family unit dismantled as we’d known it when my daughter left for college and we were all overwhelmed with emotions, questions, confusion, grief of the known and fear of the unknown. Dr. Martin has tended to each of us in the way we needed as individuals. He has also met with my youngest daughter and I together and is currently helping us build a path to healing of our relationship and peace in our household. He is so kind, fair and wise and his direction has been life-changing for the 3 of us. New lenses to look through, a greater understanding of what we see and feel and how to cope with them.
