This forensic evaluation is conducted to determine if you meet the criteria as a protected class under the ADA anti-discrimination act.
This evaluation is forensic in nature and not therapeutic.
America Counselor Association prohibits providing counseling services for individuals which are being evaluated. (ACA Code of Ethics E.13 Forensic Evaluation: Evaluation for Legal Proceedings)
A therapeutic assessment is conducted for the purpose of helping the person being assessed.
A forensic assessment is conducted solely to establish the facts in regards to the law.
This is not an ongoing therapeutic/ counseling relationship and should not be viewed as such.
Oklahoma requires forensic evaluations be conducted in a face to face format. You must live in the Tulsa area to have this evaluation conducted in Oklahoma.

This is not “registering” or “Certifying” your animal.
Psychiatric Service Dog Registration or Service Dog Certification is not a federal requirement.
You do not need a registration or certification to have a Psychiatric Service Dog.
HOWEVER: There are specific training requirements that are required.
SubRosa DOES NOT provide PSD evaluations for minors.
There is NO guarantee that you will meet the criteria for a Psychiatric Service Dog and Sub Rosa DOES NOT offer refunds for those that do not meet the criteria.
Important Note:
Sub Rosa requires a psychiatric service dog, at a minimum to be at least 12 months old, must have been trained as a psychiatric service animal using guidelines such as those from Service Dog Training International and guidelines provided by the General Public Access Test.
