What the Evaluation Includes:
- Clinical interview covering developmental, educational, and behavioral history
- Standardized ADHD rating scales (completed by the client, parents, teachers, or others)
- Performance-based tasks assessing executive functioning, attention span, and processing speed
- Rule-out assessments to differentiate ADHD from anxiety, depression, trauma, or learning disabilities
- Feedback session to explain results, diagnostic impressions, and actionable next steps
Outcome:
You will receive a comprehensive diagnostic report that includes detailed findings, a formal diagnosis (if appropriate), and tailored recommendations for academic/workplace accommodations, therapy, coaching, or medication follow-up. This report can be shared with schools, medical providers, or other professionals as needed.
Adult ADHD Diagnostic Evaluation: $950

- Rule-out screening (anxiety, trauma, PTSD, depression, ASD)
- Sub Rosa proprietary ADHD screening tools
- Full written diagnostic report with recommendations
Child/Adolescent ADHD Diagnostic Evaluation: $1,050
Includes:
- Parent/guardian interview
- Child/adolescent interview (age-appropriate)
- ADHD rating scales (parent, teacher, self-report when applicable)
- Cognitive & executive functioning measures
- Behavioral/emotional screening (anxiety, mood, trauma, ASD)
- Analysis of school performance, behavior, and attention
- Full diagnostic report with home & school recommendations
- IEP/504-friendly documentation
Optional: Teacher communication & data review (included unless extensive advocacy is required)
